Our nursing department provides excellent care combined with dignity for our residents. Professionally staffed around the clock, we give your loved one comfort and specialized care.
Each of our residents comes to us with very different and specific rehab needs. Our entire rehabilitation team is committed to creating individualized therapy programs that directly answer those specific needs. We encourage each resident to achieve their maximum potential of independence and ability.
When someone is suffering from the progressive stages of memory loss, they will need additional support and assistance. Our dedicated team of professionals offers the care needed to help each resident in each unique case.
Our purpose is to promote and enhance the dignity of the people in the community by providing a link in the programs and services available to the elderly remaining in their home setting. It is our desire to make known the services available through adult day care so that each individual can maintain their self-reliance and self-respect.
We recognize that as a caregiver in the home, there may arise times when family members themselves need to focus on personal affairs which will require assistance with the care of their loved one. Through our respite program, our facility provides security and supervision in a caring and compassionate environment, giving the caregiver peace of mind.
Our End of Life/Palliative Care is a special program dedicated to the needs of the terminally ill with a palliative approach towards care. Our facility contracts with outside agencies trained in providing quality of life with a focus on the comfort of each individual.
Social services provide essential information, manages requests and concerns, coordinates appointments, maintains contact and open communication between the facility, families and the residents, and helps in care planning and discharge planning for each resident.
